MC & Facilitation
The Room Matters
A great MC doesn't become the event. They make the event better.
I read the room. I know when to lift the energy, when to let a moment breathe, when to make people laugh, and when it's time to simply get on with it.
I'm warm, quick on my feet and comfortable going off-script when the room needs it - while always knowing that my job is to protect your programme, your speakers and the experience you've worked so hard to create.
Conferences & multi-day summits - Threading one narrative across two days so it feels like an event, not twelve unrelated sessions.
Awards & gala dinners - Warmth, pace, and a room that stays with you all the way through to the last award.
Panel facilitation - Real questions, no grandstanding, and every panellist actually heard.
Board & leadership strategy days - Facilitation from someone who has sat on both sides of a governance table.
Culturally grounded events - Including the use of te reo Māori and gagana Sāmoa, I am comfortable being asked for mihi whakatau or karakia.
