I haven't just hosted events. I have built them.
I created and ran three WE Summits - two-day business conferences with international line-ups, including the Managing Director of Xero. I've also run a TenX event where I coached all eleven speakers for the stage. So I know it from your side of the run sheet: protecting your speakers, holding the room through the graveyard slot, staying calm when the AV drops, and clawing back fifteen minutes without anyone noticing.
And because I've coached speakers, I know what yours need from me in the wings. Most MCs don't.
The Room Matters
Energy. Without making it about me.
A great MC doesn't become the event. They make the event better.
I read the room. I know when to lift the energy, when to let a moment breathe, when to make people laugh, and when it's time to simply get on with it.
I'm warm, quick on my feet and comfortable going off-script when the room needs it - while always knowing that my job is to protect your programme, your speakers and the experience you've worked so hard to create.
